Wildlife & Cultural Tours: You can cancel your tour at no charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour time.
Private Charter Boat Tours: You can cancel up to 30 days before your private charter tour. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for cancelled tours with less than 30 days’ notice.
