Guest Service Agent
Job Type: Seasonal, Part-time and full-time positions available (May – Mid-October). Training in March/April.
Compensation: $18 – $20 per hour + retention bonus

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Guest Service Agents to join our team! As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering outstanding service to ensure they enjoy a memorable experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Open and close the office, following procedures.
- Communicate with guests through email, phone, and in person, including follow-ups.
- Check in guests and ensure a welcoming experience.
- Manage bookings, payments, sales, and gift shop transactions.
- Share tour details like policies, tour expectations, health restrictions, and check-in times.
- Prepare supplies for tours and maintain a clean organized office, bathroom, and shop.
- Collaborate with partners to fill tour seats.
- Support marketing via social media and blogs.
- Handle general administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Works well independently and in a team.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Proactive in improving operations.
- Quick-thinking and resourceful problem-solver.
- Sales experience is a plus.
