GUEST SERVICE AGENT
STATUS: Seasonal. Full-time and part-time positions available from May – mid-October
JOB LEVEL: Experience in front-line customer service

We are looking for Enthusiastic and Experienced Guest Service Agents to join our team!
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and hospitality to our guests.
You possess and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, while being
able to identify all touch points that make up the entire visitor experience at Homalco Wildlife &
Cultural Tours. Your goal will be to provide ensure that customers enjoy a positive and
memorable experience from start to finish. Smiling comes naturally to you.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• General office duties including opening, closing, ongoing organization, office and boat cleaning, retail
inventory management
• Communicate our unique experiences to potential customers and convert them to booked guests
• Follow-up with guests using email, phone and in person conversations
• Check-in guests for tour departures
• Learn and use the Rezgo tour reservation system for bookings, payments and notes
• Learn and use Square for gift shop product sales
• Manage guest expectations and communicate important tour and safety information
• Communicate guest information with tour leaders and skippers and assist where needed
• Support marketing through social media

Required skills and certifications:
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English
• Highly organized
• Comfortable working independently
• Ability to think on your feet and have a problem-solving attitude
• Sales experience is a plus
